With over 11 years of experience in service-driven roles, specializing in Realtor and lender relationship development. My background includes deep expertise in the luxury markets of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, strategic prospecting and market expansion, title and escrow workflow support, and customized marketing strategies designed to help agents stand out. I focus on delivering a high-touch client experience through strong communication, networking, event outreach, and cross-industry business development.

I chose this career because I genuinely love building relationships, supporting my team, and helping agents deliver a better closing experience for their clients. Business development brings together everything I enjoy most — people, strategy, and service — and it’s where I do my best work.

What sets me apart is that I truly understand the agent’s world. After spending 12 years selling luxury real estate, I know the urgency, the expectations, and the importance of flawless communication. I treat every agent’s business and every client with the same care and attention I gave my own. That perspective allows me to support transactions more effectively, elevate the client experience, and provide ideas and tools that help agents win more while worrying less.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, following sports, relaxing in the backyard, and tackling home renovation projects.
